Some Imperials will respawn while you're standing there, leading to some easy kills. Once the Arena is controlled, charge the East Box and do some solo work on the forces assembled there. Once that's captured, you'll have a good central point to respawn from. Move quickly and take the Area before the Empire can pour into the arena.
